- Minimum Stay: 2 nights year-round, 3 nights during peak season
- Guest Pricing: Up to 8 guests included; additional guests $50/person/night. Children under 5 stay free
- Peak Pricing: Holiday Sundays & Burning Kiln concert nights (even if midweek)
