At Long Point Eco-Adventures, workdays happen outdoors, under the stars, beside the marsh, and alongside a passionate team that genuinely loves what they do.

Each spring, we hire for our busy summer season, welcoming team members from Norfolk County and surrounding communities including Simcoe, Delhi, Port Rowan, Waterford, Tillsonburg, Brant County, and anywhere within a 40 km radius.

Whether you’re guiding guests through the treetops, serving locally inspired food, or helping keep our eco-resort running smoothly overnight, you’ll be part of something meaningful.
