Rules for Our Four-Legged Friends
At Long Point Eco-Adventures, our guests are welcome to bring their furry friends to select locations and suites. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to join in on any water or adventure tour at this time. We understand the adoration you have for your dog, however, please appreciate that there will be guests who do not feel comfortable around dogs. While we are happy to have your well behaved dog as a guest at our resort, it is important to ensure that they do not affect the experience of our other guests who have chosen not to bring a pet.
Dogs are welcome to stay with you only in our designated dog-friendly suites, as well as the pet-friendly patio. Upon booking your suite or pod, you must request a pet-friendly room, and ensure one is available (there are a limited number).
A fee of $30 will be added to your reservation. Service animals with proper identification will be exempt from this fee.
Guidelines & Restrictions
We are excited you have decided to bring your dog along for the adventure! We ask that all dogs are accompanied at all times, and never left in a suite or pod alone. We ask that your dog be crated if left unattended in one of our pet-friendly accommodations. You are required to control all barking and noise made by your dog; it is important not to create a disturbance that may impact other guests.
For consideration to our staff, children, guests and other dogs, dogs must be on a leash at all times when not in your guest room, regardless of the perceived temperament of the dog. They are not permitted inside of the Marshview patio, or restaurant. We do have a pet-friendly patio on site, to ensure you can comfortably enjoy a meal with your pet. All guests who bring pets are responsible for carrying doggy bags, and must cleanup immediately after their dog goes to the washroom.
