Stargazing Tour

Age Restrictions: Youth under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult

This tour is an astronomer's dream! Uncover planets, moons, binary stars, and star clusters from our professionally-maintained 16 inch in-dome telescope, capable of revealing celestial objects 10,000 times sharper than what is visible to the naked eye. 

In the instance of poor weather, we will notify you two days prior to your tour, and you have the option to re-book. Guests who chose not to re-book in the 48hour period will not qualify for a refund.

Starlight Date Night

Tour Price: $164/couple
Tour Duration: 6 hours
Age Restrictions: must be at least 19 years of age

We invite couples to spend a romantic evening under the stars, and embark on an astronomers journey uncovering dark objects and constellations. The evening begins with a late-night winemaker's tour & tasting, and comes to an end with an expert led observatory tour in our dome, tower, and viewing deck.

What do I need to participate?

Flashlight

Red-light is best for reducing glare, and increasing night vision.

Bug Repellent

As well as long sleeves on cooler nights to keep bugs away.

Dress for the Weather

There is no A/C in the tower, or dome; dress lightly if it is a hot evening.

We update the status of our observatory tours each day by 2pm on the observatory google calendar.
