Age Restrictions

Recommend for ages 8 and older. Not recommended for anyone afraid of heights.

Medical Restrictions

Obesity, high blood pressure, cardiac and coronary artery disease,pulmonary problems, arthritis, tendonitis, and other joint and muscular-skeletal problems may all compromise the safety and well being of participants on the course, as may certain psychological and psychiatric conditions. Participants with underlying medical problems that put them at greater risk of injury or illness during a canopy tour must carefully consider those risks before choosing to participate, and they must fully inform their guides prior to the beginning of the tour or at any point during the tour when it becomes clear to them that such information should be provided.

Riders with any of the following conditions may not participate:

Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy, epileptic seizure within the past 12 months, hemophilia or hemophiliac.

Physical Requirements

The canopy tour is designed for participants of good to moderate health. To participate, guests must be able to raise their arms over their heads and apply downward pressure on the cable with a gloved hand, fit into the safety equipment properly, and walk approximately a 1/2 kilometer, including sections with flights of stairs.
