Our Teambuilding initiatives involve real and imaginary ground based obstacles, presenting physical, mental and emotional challenges that invite a group to explore teamwork strategies and demonstrate for themselves the importance of planning, cooperation and communication. Success will depend not only upon the individual strengths but upon creativity, tenacity, strategic planning, shared risk taking, the allocation of group resources and the ability of the group to create a climate in which individuals are able to trust each other and in which each members contributions are recognized and valued. These activities are constructed within the context of group support and are designed to discuss risk taking, overcoming what seem to be insurmountable obstacles and challenges, allowing goal setting and achieving more.
Your group has the option of adding on a specialized group session with best-selling author and adventurer, Jeff MacInnis. Jeff MacInnis has pushed the limits of human experience as a world-class explorer and Eco-Challenge racer. He was the first to sail through the ice-choked Northwest Passage. This incredible expedition was featured in National Geographic, a best-selling book and an international television special. Jeff's unique Business Race Program takes his proven racing strategies and applies them to businesses in order to increase results. By applying his racing concepts to the business world, Jeff has helped his clients to reach new levels of financial success. He has designed and delivered more than one thousand speeches and programs in seventeen countries. The Business Race Program is currently racing its clients beyond $10 billion in total revenue. The Business Race Program is based on the idea of the Eco-Challenge Race. The Eco-Challenge Expedition Race is a multi-day expedition that takes place in some of the toughest terrain on earth and covers a total of 500 kilometres. Participants use a multitude of ways to complete the course, including trekking, whitewater canoeing, horseback riding, sea kayaking, scuba diving, mountaineering, camel-back riding and mountain biking. Teams of 4 compete in these challenges and must race, non-stop using only human-power for 7-12 days to finish this expedition race. The Business Race Program builds on this concept by dividing your group into teams of 4 for a one-hour long expedition program that is both safe and fun. This program takes participants into the learning concepts of Eco-Challenges, and includes insights into ideas such as: momentum matters, course correct, encourage everyone, wise willpower, and directional decisions. Jeff offers audiences unique multi-media presentations that showcase images from his adventures to emphasize the leadership lessons he has learned and inspire the kind of outstanding teamwork and communication skills it takes to get through anything and achieve unparalleled success.
